GUEST CHECKLIST

* A tube & cooler are NOT required to attend : Your Floatmaster General will allocate everyone a River Run (I/II/XL) tube for the day. If you have a legit, thick vinyl tube (made for rivers or snow tubing with anchor points), feel free to bring it along. Please do not bring pool floaties, as they tend to not make it all day on the river. All inner tubes & floating coolers will be tied together for the duration of the float. Several large, communal floating coolers are provided for your beverages & snacks. There are a few smaller floating coolers available, and the tandem tubes have a small cooler built in as well, so don't worry if you don't have these.

Our eight-mile float parallels the historic D&R Canal tow-path, starting in the riverfront parking lot behind Bridge Cafe (Frenchtown, NJ) and ending at a private residence near the Byram Boat Launch in Stockton, NJ. The float itself typically takes upwards of five to six hours, depending on river conditions. This includes a a 45+ minute lunch break on one of the many islands in the river. If water conditions are extremely high & fast, this could take as little as three hours (though very rare).
